At The Venue, your safety and security are our top priorities. We are proud to collaborate with the Comal County Constable’s Office PCT. 3 for our security needs. This dedicated team of professionals ensures a secure environment for all our guests and events. The Constable’s Office PCT. 3 is renowned for its commitment to public safety, community service, and maintaining peace in the region. Their presence at our events guarantees a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Pricing for Security

A Commissioned Security Officer or Officers are required whenever alcohol is served. The number of Officers required are based on the number of Guests (See chart below).  The Client is responsible for providing the Venue the final Guest count 30 days prior to the Event, and that Guest count will be used to determine the number of Security Officer(s) needed for the Event. The Client is responsible for paying the required Security day of event. The Venue is contracted with Ken Smith and all coordinating of security should go to securevenue@outlook.com. Local Police Department & Local Sheriff’s Office is not affiliated with The Venue for security of events.

 

Security Officers are $50 per hour, per officer.

0-99 Guests One Commissioned Security Officer is Required
100-199 Guests Two Commissioned Security Officers are Required
200-299 Guests Three Commissioned Security Officers are Required
300-399 Guests Four Commissioned Security Officers are Required
400-499 Guests Five Commissioned Security Officers are Required
